Lawn Care Technician / Landscaping Crew Member

We work Monday through Friday and strive to keep weekends free so everyone can enjoy their time off. As we continue to grow, we plan to expand our team and increase hours for dedicated employees. Responsibilities

• Mow, edge, trim, and blow residential and commercial properties
• Pull weeds, install mulch, and maintain landscape beds
• Safely operate and refuel lawn equipment and vehicles
• Follow daily route schedules using routing software
• Maintain company vehicles and equipment
• Communicate professionally with customers when needed

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no DUIs)
• Able to drive a truck with a trailer
• Prior lawn care or landscaping experience
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Able to work outdoors in Florida heat
• Able to lift 50+ lbs regularly
• Reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic

Additional Information

All new hires will complete a 90-day probationary period to assess performance

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
