Are you a skilled landscape technician with a passion for your craft? If you can skillfully operate commercial mowing equipment and have a sharp eye for detail, we want to hear from you.

We're seeking individuals with expertise in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces.

Responsibilities

*(Project and recurring maintenance responsibilities differ somewhat — experience with both is a plus)*

• Safely operate commercial mowing and landscaping equipment to maintain high-value residential and commercial landscapes
• Perform plant bed maintenance and pruning
• Mow and trim landscapes reliably and consistently; plant ID knowledge is a plus
• Maintain high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail on every project
• Keep tools and equipment properly maintained for optimal performance

Requirements

• Minimum of three years' experience mowing, trimming, and weeding
• Proficiency operating commercial mowing, landscaping, or earthmoving equipment
• Proficiency with hand tools — pruners, loppers, hand saws, etc.
• Strong physical stamina and comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills (bilingual a plus)
• Valid driver's license, work authorization, and reliable transportation
• Experience driving and towing a trailer is a plus
