Position Overview

As a Lawn Care Spray Tech, you will provide excellent customer service to residential and commercial clientele by making timely lawn/landscape applications, diagnosing and correcting lawn/landscaping problems through service calls and other customer communications, and selling/up-selling services to new and/or existing clients, resulting in the growth of our client base. No mowing, no weed-eating...only spraying!

This is an hourly (non-exempt) position with the opportunity for sales commission for expanding services and clientele. Responsibilities

* Apply fertilizers and pesticides to lawns, shrubs, and trees according to schedule, safety procedures, and label instructions. * Drive company vehicles to customer locations. * Respond in timely fashion to customer requests for telephone and in-person service calls. * Complete required production forms and customer instructions. * Measure lawns of potential clients to provide them with an accurate cost of lawn care service. * Clean and service company vehicles, spray equipment, and other tools.

Education and Experience Requirements

* High school diploma/GED. * Experience preferred but not required. Will train eager learners. * Training in horticulture or post-secondary education is preferred. * Gro-Masters, Inc will pay for available licensing or renewing of current licensing.
