Most lawn care crews finish the job and leave. We don't.

We remember the customer's kids' and pets' names. We notice the gate that's hard to latch and say something. We treat every property like a personal referral is riding on it. Because it is. That's not a policy at YardKind, it's just who we are.

And it's not just for customers. We treat our crew, our partners, and the vendors we work with the same way. If you've ever worked somewhere that saved its best behavior for the customer and treated everyone else like overhead, this is the opposite of that.

YardKind is a lawn care and landscaping brand serving Carmel, Fishers, Westfield, Noblesville, and Geist. We're looking for one person who already operates this way, and already knows the trade well enough to back it up. You see a lawn going thin in August and you know why before anyone tells you. You know which shrub takes a hard prune and which one doesn't. You've stood on a property and made the call yourself, because you were the one who knew.

If that sounds like a normal Tuesday, keep reading. If it sounds like a lot for a lawn care job, this probably isn't for you, and that's alright. Most people want a paycheck, a clear finish time, and a customer who stays out of the way. Nothing wrong with that, but, this isn't that.

The role starts simple. One to two days a week as a sub or part-time. You run a route, lead the crew, handle scheduling in our app (Jobber). Mowing is the foundation. Landscaping, bed work, installs, and additional licensed services open doors mowing alone can't.

The right fit grows into an operator role and then a partner role with a real stake in the business. We're not trying to train someone up from scratch. We're looking for someone who already works this way and just hasn't found the place that matches it yet.
