Looking for a dependable person to maintain the lawn of 4 rental properties near campus. Duties include

Duties

• Maintain the yards of 4 rental properties near campus. Cutting Grass bi-weekly.
• Must have own lawnmower and lawn tools
• Mow lawns
• Use weed eater in planting beds
• Edge along walkway and sidewalk
• Blow and discard leaves and trash

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per day

Work Location: In person
