Duties

• Operate a variety of power tools and hand tools such as trimmers, mowers, blowers, and edgers to perform lawn care and landscape maintenance tasks
• Mow lawns, trim trees and shrubs, prune plants, and perform edging to achieve pristine outdoor aesthetics
• Assist with irrigation system installation, repair, and maintenance to ensure healthy plant growth
• Use landscaping equipment like excavators and hardscape tools for construction or renovation projects
• Perform snow plowing during winter months to keep properties safe and accessible
• Support tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and removal to promote healthy growth
• Maintain cleanliness of work sites by removing debris and ensuring all tools are properly stored after use

Experience

• Prior experience with lawn care, gardening, or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required—training will be provided for motivated learners
• Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with power tools and landscaping equipment is highly advantageous
• Basic understanding of horticulture principles and plant care practices is a plus
• Experience working with hand tools, power tools, or construction equipment such as excavators will help you excel in this role
