Lawn Care Crew Member

Responsibilities

THIS JOB IS FOR MONDAYS and TUESDAYS from 6:00 AM to when we get done, which is roughly between 2:00 and 4:00 PM. POTENTIAL FOR HELP ON FRIDAYS TOO.

• Mow lawns using commercial mowers and trimmers to achieve a clean/professional appearance.
• Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as edging, trimming, pruning, and planting to enhance curb appeal.
• Operate power tools including trimmers, blowers, and hedge cutters safely and efficiently.
• Be able to handle zero turn mowers as well as stand-on mowers.
• Maintain equipment through routine inspections, cleaning, and minor repairs to ensure safety and performance.
• Prior experience in lawn care, landscaping, or horticulture is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided.
• Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and landscaping equipment is a plus.
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices including tree care, gardening techniques, and irrigation systems enhances your effectiveness.
• Experience with excavation equipment such as mini-excavators or skid steers is advantageous for larger projects.
• Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards.

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
