Duties

• Mow lawns using commercial mowers and power tools to achieve precise, healthy grass coverage
• Trim trees, shrubs, and hedges with hand tools and power equipment to enhance landscape aesthetics
• Maintain irrigation systems by inspecting, repairing, and adjusting sprinklers for optimal watering efficiency
• Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as edging, mulching, planting, and weed control to keep properties pristine
• Operate heavy machinery like excavators for hardscape installations or land grading projects
• Assist with snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access and clear pathways
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and perform basic maintenance on tools and machinery to ensure safety and efficiency

Requirements

• Basic mechanical knowledge to operate and troubleshoot landscaping equipment and power tools
• Experience or interest in lawn care, gardening, or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required—training will be provided!
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina for lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Familiarity with hand tools such as pruners, shovels, rakes, and blowers is a plus
• Knowledge of horticulture principles or previous experience in landscaping or construction projects is advantageous
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward safety practices on site
