Lawn Care Crew Member

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Landscaper/Grounds Crew Member to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of residential and/or commercial properties using a variety of outdoor power equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate weed whackers/string trimmers to cut grass and vegetation in areas unreachable by mowers
• Edge along sidewalks, driveways, and fence lines
• Load and unload equipment safely
• Keep work areas clean and free of debris
• Work efficiently as part of a crew to meet daily schedules

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Physical stamina for standing, walking, and repetitive motion throughout the day
• Dependable, punctual, and a strong work ethic
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Prior landscaping experience preferred but not required — we will train the right person

• Competitive pay: $19-$23/hour based on experience
