• $18 per hour (Starting rate based on experience).

Job Responsibilities

• Perform general lawn maintenance including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing.
• Assist with landscape installation projects such as mulching, planting, and sod installation.
• Safely operate a variety of power equipment and hand tools (zero-turn mowers, line trimmers, etc.).
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure every property meets company standards.
• Keep job sites clean and organized, removing debris and waste.
• These may not be the only tasks that are asked, we are a 360 property care company, other jobs may be assigned such as pressure washing, Deck staining, grading, outdoor enhancements, and more.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Previous landscaping or outdoor labor experience required
• License: Must have a clean driver’s license and reliable transportation to the shop.
• Stamina: Must be able to work in all weather conditions (heat, rain, etc.) and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Soft Skills: Strong time management, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well within a team.
