Experienced Landscaper / Mowing Technician

Chameleon Property Services LLC is hiring an experienced landscaper/mowing technician to handle lawn maintenance and landscape work throughout the Capital Region.

This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of professional field experience who can run a zero-turn mower, work efficiently, and complete jobs without constant supervision.

Job Duties

• Mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing off properties
• Operating zero-turn mowers and basic landscape equipment
• Mulching, pruning, planting, bed cleanup, and general landscape maintenance
• Keeping properties clean, professional, and properly finished
• Driving company vehicles with trailers

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional landscaping and mowing experience
• Valid driver’s license with a clean/acceptable driving record
• Reliable transportation to work
• Ability to work independently and stay productive and efficient
• Comfortable performing physical outdoor labor in seasonal conditions
• Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented

Pay

per hour, based on experience and ability with weekly and monthly bonuses Schedule: Full-time, seasonal with potential for year-round Winter work Location: Albany / Capital Region
