Travel

Local — daily travel to client job sites within the service area. No overnight travel or relocation.

Schedule

7:00 AM–5:30 PM Monday – Friday, with OT after shift as needed. Weekends off, with occasional weekend overtime available. Possible year-round opportunity to stay on for winter snow operations.

Salary

$22–$26/hour, commensurate with experience, plus profit sharing.

Experience

2+ years of commercial mowing and crew leadership preferred; valid driver’s license and truck-and-trailer experience required. (CDL-B not required)

ROLE DESCRIPTION

As a Team Lead – Mowing on our Property Care team, you’ll oversee a mowing team day to day — owning the daily schedule, the quality of the work, and the development of the people on your team. You’ll make sure every property is completed to standard, keep hours on target against what was sold, and grow your team members’ skills season over season. This is a hands-on field leadership role for someone who takes pride in a job done right and wants to build a team people want to work for. It’s a year-round opportunity: mowing April through November, with the option to stay on for snow operations through the winter.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead your team through the daily mowing schedule and keep the day on track, monitoring sold vs. actual hours.
• Own quality control — confirm mowing and trimming are complete and work is done to standard; inspecting the job before leaving the site.
• Train and develop team members on mowing, trimming, and the critical-thinking skills enabling team members to grow in their role.
