Responsibilities

• Operate lawn care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools to maintain healthy lawns and gardens
• Perform landscape maintenance tasks including planting, pruning, edging, and mulching to enhance the appearance of outdoor spaces
• Use power tools and machinery like excavators and other construction equipment safely and effectively for various landscaping projects
• Assist with hardscape installations such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor features
• Conduct tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and basic tree health assessments to promote safety and growth
• Support irrigation system installation and maintenance to ensure proper watering of landscaped areas
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work sites while adhering to safety protocols at all times

Requirements

• Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in landscaping and construction
• Previous experience or strong interest in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening is preferred
• Ability to operate small machinery such as excavators or snow plowing equipment is a plus
• Knowledge of horticulture principles and tree care practices is desirable
