Lawn Care Crew Member

We are looking for a dependable individual to join our lawn care and landscaping team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and can maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Mowing residential and commercial properties with attention to detail.
• String trimming around buildings, fences, trees, and landscape beds.
• Edging sidewalks, driveways, and curbs to maintain a clean, professional appearance.
• Blowing grass clippings and debris from hard surfaces after service.
• Applying weed control treatments in landscape beds and other designated areas.
• Trimming and shaping shrubs, hedges, and ornamental plants.
• Assisting with seasonal landscape maintenance projects.
• Operating lawn care and landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensuring all properties meet company quality standards before leaving the site.

Qualifications

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat and humidity
• Ability to perform physically demanding work for extended periods
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Previous lawn care or landscaping experience is preferred

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
