Lawn Care Technician – Full-Time, Year-Round Opportunities

The Role

We’re looking for dependable, hardworking team members to help us maintain residential and commercial properties. As a Landscape Maintenance Technician, you’ll operate professional-grade equipment to mow, trim, and clean up lawns and landscaping areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing
• Daily equipment maintenance and fueling
• Safe, proper use of all tools and machines
• Using App to track jobs and communicate with office
• Shrub trimming, weeding mulch + rock installs
• Work well with others or independently

What We’re Looking For

• Team player that puts others first and shows up on time and ready to work
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors fulltime in variable conditions (Heat, Cold, Rain)
• Able to pass a background check and drug screen
• No experience? No problem. We train the right people!

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: $16/hr base pay *+* performance bonuses. Average first year team members make between $20 and $25 per hour with experienced team members making more.
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 hours a day
• Year-round employment: Includes winter work opportunities
• Typical Hours: 30–40+ per week
