Lawn Care Maintenance Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lawn Care Maintenance Technician to join our professional lawn care team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining beautiful, healthy lawns and landscapes through a variety of hands-on jobs. Responsibilities

• Perform lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing to ensure pristine turf conditions using power tools and hand tools.
• Maintain landscape features including planting beds, shrubs, trees, and hardscape elements such as patios or walkways.
• Operate equipment such as zero turn mowers, back pack blowers, and other machinery safely and efficiently.
• Conduct tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and health assessments to promote safety and growth.
• Assist with seasonal tasks like gutter cleaning and soft washing of concrete and houses to keep outdoor spaces functional year-round.
• Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment to maximize their lifespan and performance.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with experience operating power tools, hand tools, and landscaping machinery.
• Prior experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina for lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward safety protocols.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Transportation required
