Lawn Care Crew Leader

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lawn Care Crew Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a small crew of lawn care professionals, ensuring that all landscaping and maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for landscape maintenance, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Duties

• Supervise and lead a 2-3 man team of lawn care technicians in daily operations.
• Maintain lawns, gardens, and landscapes to promote healthy growth.
• Oversee landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging.
• Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and operational in a day to day setting.
• Train new crew members on best practices in lawn care and safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress.
• Build strong relationships with clients through excellent service delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in lawn care or landscape maintenance is required.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a team effectively.
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
• Familiarity with Stand On zero turn mowers is preferred, but not required. Mowing experience is a must.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
• A passion for outdoor work and maintaining beautiful landscapes.
• Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship.
