About the Role

In this role, you will oversee a crew of landscaping professionals, playing a crucial part in the success of our construction or maintenance projects. You'll be responsible for ensuring project quality, safety, and adherence to deadlines, while fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Responsibilities (Construction or Maintenance)

• Construction: Manage all aspects of assigned construction projects, from site preparation to final installation. Oversee tasks like planting, hardscaping, drainage, and/or irrigation.
• Maintenance: Lead a crew in providing outstanding maintenance services for residential and commercial properties. Tasks include lawn care, bed maintenance, pruning, and seasonal cleanups.
• Supervise crew activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project timelines.
• Conduct regular quality checks and ensure efficient use of tools and equipment.
• Train and mentor crew members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and communicate effectively with project managers and clients.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Landscape Foreman or Crew Leader.
• Strong understanding of landscaping principles and best practices (planting, hardscaping, maintenance).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire a team, fostering a safe and productive work environment.
• Proficient in prioritizing tasks, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and meeting deadlines.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
