Requirements

• Professional lawn maintenance experience is required.
• Crew leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (MVR required).
• Ability to perform physical outdoor work in a variety of weather conditions.

As a Crew Leader, you'll be responsible for leading your team each day, safely operating company vehicles and equipment, maintaining production and quality standards, and ensuring every property is completed to Endless Summer's high standards.
