Job Overview

Martin Property Maintenance is looking for a hardworking and reliable team member to join our growing company. We provide residential and commercial lawn care, landscaping, snow removal, and property maintenance services throughout the area.

This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality work, and can operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Perform lawn care services including mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing
• Operate zero-turn mowers, tractors, plow trucks, and small power equipment
• Complete spring and fall cleanups
• Assist with mulch installation and flower bed installation
• Perform commercial snow removal and ice management during winter months
• Maintain clean and professional job sites
• Work efficiently with team members to complete projects on schedule
• Perform basic equipment inspections and maintenance

Qualifications

• Experience operating plow trucks.
• Experience operating zero-turn mowers and landscaping equipment
• Ability to safely use power tools and small equipment
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Landscaping or lawn care experience preferred but willing to train the right person

• Full-time
• Monday–Friday
• Weekends and snow events as needed
