Position Overview

The Lawn Care & Landscape Technician is responsible for maintaining and improving customers’ lawns through professional lawn treatment applications while also assisting with landscaping projects when needed.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality work, wants to learn the landscaping industry, and is interested in growing with a company.

The right candidate will be trained on proper lawn care practices, product applications, equipment operation, and customer service standards.

Responsibilities

Lawn Care Applications

• Apply fertilizer, weed control, insect control, and other lawn treatment products according to company standards
• Perform lawn evaluations and identify common turf issues including weeds, insects, nutrient deficiencies, and general lawn health concerns
• Properly calibrate and operate backpack sprayers, spreaders, and lawn care equipment
• Follow product labels, safety procedures, and application guidelines
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate property conditions with management
