Lawn and Landscape Technician

What You'll Be Doing

• Mowing, trimming, and blowing residential and commercial properties
• Landscape installs — sod, mulch, planting, and more
• Spring and fall cleanups and general property maintenance
• Snow removal in the winter months
• Working alongside a small, experienced crew

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license required
• Shows up on time, every day — reliability is very important to us
• Takes pride in quality work and pays attention to detail
• Can handle outdoor conditions (heat, cold, snow — it's Iowa)
• Landscape, hardscape, or lawn care experience is a plus — we'll train the right person
• Irrigation experience is also a bonus
• Good attitude and a team-first mindset

• $18–$25/hr depending on experience and responsibilities
