Landscaping General Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Landscaping General Manager to lead our outdoor maintenance and landscaping teams. In this role, you will oversee the estimating, planning, execution, and quality of landscape maintenance projects, ensuring that all work meets high standards of excellence and safety. Duties

• Supervise daily landscaping activities including lawn care, gardening, pruning, planting, and landscape installation projects
• Coordinate and oversee landscape maintenance schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks
• Lead and motivate 3 crews with foreman already in place provide clear instructions and support and be willing to jump in the field when needed
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards for quality and environmental responsibility
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of equipment used for landscaping, irrigation, and construction tasks
• Conduct site inspections to assess project progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with clients or project managers to understand project scope and deliver exceptional results
• Manage inventory of tools, plants, fertilizers, and other materials necessary for landscape projects
• Provide training on best practices in landscaping techniques, tree care, irrigation systems, and maintenance procedures

Experience

• Proven supervising experience in landscape maintenance or related outdoor services roles. Previous owner/operator preferred.
