Duties

• Supervise and manage landscaping crews to ensure timely and high-quality completion of projects
• Oversee landscape maintenance activities including lawn care, pruning, planting, and irrigation management
• Identify plants accurately and provide guidance on horticultural best practices
• Coordinate irrigation system installation, repair, and maintenance to optimize water efficiency
• Lead team efforts in tree care, gardening, and general site upkeep while maintaining safety standards
• Assist with project planning and execution for construction projects involving landscaping elements
• Manage crew schedules, assign tasks effectively, and monitor progress to meet project deadlines

Requirements

• Proven experience supervising landscaping or outdoor maintenance teams with strong crew management skills
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques including lawn care, pruning, planting, and irrigation systems
• Ability to identify various plants, trees, and horticultural elements confidently
• Hands-on experience with irrigation management and troubleshooting irrigation systems
• Construction experience related to outdoor projects is highly desirable
