Responsibilities

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, pruning, and trimming trees and shrubs to promote healthy growth and aesthetic appeal
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery such as excavators safely and efficiently for various landscaping projects
• Identify different plant species and assess their health to recommend appropriate care or treatment
• Manage irrigation systems to ensure proper watering schedules and troubleshoot issues as needed
• Apply pesticides and fertilizers responsibly following safety guidelines to protect plants and the environment
• Assist with construction projects involving hardscape installation, garden beds, or other landscape features

Skills

• Ability to work outside for several hours and ability to lift at least 50-70 pounds reliably.
• Experience in landscape maintenance, gardening, and lawn care techniques. (Preferred not required)
• Knowledge of pesticide management practices for safe application and environmental protection(Preferred not required)
• Familiarity with irrigation systems installation, troubleshooting, and repair procedures(Preferred not required)
