Landscaping Crew Member

We are a growing landscape company seeking a reliable, hardworking Landscape Crew Member to join our team. This is a hands-on outdoor position ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in quality results, and works well with others.

What You’ll Do

• Perform lawn maintenance including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing
• Assist with landscape installations (plants, sod, mulch, irrigation, trees, etc.)
• Pruning trees and shrubs
• Operate landscaping equipment safely (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
• Load/unload tools and materials
• Follow directions from crew leader and work efficiently as a team
• Maintain clean and professional job sites

What We’re Looking For

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work outdoors in heat, cold, and varying weather conditions
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor all day
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
• Landscape experience required

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday–Friday (some Saturdays may be optional)
