We are seeking an experienced Crew Leader – Landscape Installation to oversee landscape installation projects and lead field crews in a fast-paced outdoor environment. This position is responsible for supervising daily operations, ensuring quality workmanship, maintaining safety standards, and supporting installation activities on commercial job sites. The ideal candidate is dependable, hands-on, and capable of leading crews efficiently while maintaining professionalism, productivity, and a strong commitment to safety.Responsibilities --------------------

• Lead and supervise landscape installation crews on commercial job sites
• Assist with daily landscape installation tasks, including digging holes and trenches
• Support sod installation, irrigation installation, soil preparation, grading, and general site preparation
• Coordinate crew workflow and daily job assignments
• Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards
• Train and support crew members on proper procedures, equipment use, and safety practices
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure work quality and project timelines are being met
• Maintain equipment, tools, and company vehicles in clean and working condition
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate material needs as needed
• Maintain professional communication with team members, supervisors, and clients
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Perform other related duties as assigned
