Roebuck Landscaping (RL)

is growing in the Upstate and seeking dependable and hardworking Crew Members to join our Landscape Installation Team in Greenville/Mauldin area. As a Crew Member, you’ll work under the direction of a Crew Leader to install sod, trees, shrubs, mulch, and other landscape materials with precision and care. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on outdoor work, takes pride in their craftsmanship, and wants to grow with a company built on Integrity, Excellence, Teamwork, Determination, and Passion.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

*Landscape Installation:*

• Assist with all phases of residential landscape installations including sod, plantings, mulch, grading, and cleanup.
• Use hand tools and power equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow directions from the Crew Leader and ensure all tasks meet RL’s quality standards.
• Support daily preparation, loading, and unloading of materials, plants, and tools.

*Teamwork & Productivity:*

• Work collaboratively with your crew to complete jobs on schedule and to specification.
• Maintain a clean, organized jobsite and uphold professional conduct with clients and builder partners.
• Take responsibility for your work and contribute to a culture of safety and respect.

*Safety & Quality:*

• Follow all company and jobsite safety procedures.
• Wear proper PPE and ensure equipment is handled responsibly.
• Take pride in clean, finished work that represents Roebuck Landscaping’s reputation for excellence.
