We are seeking dependable and hardworking Landscaping Crew Members to support commercial landscape maintenance services in Longs, SC. This position is a great opportunity for individuals with previous landscaping experience who enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and working as part of a team. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-focused, and able to perform hands-on landscaping duties in a professional and efficient manner.Responsibilities --------------------

• Perform general landscaping and grounds maintenance duties, including mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, weeding, planting, and cleanup
• Operate landscaping tools and equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, power tools, and other related equipment
• Assist with loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of job sites, tools, and equipment
• Follow instructions from crew leaders, supervisors, and management
• Follow all safety procedures and workplace guidelines
• Assist with routine cleaning and basic maintenance of tools and equipment
• Communicate professionally and respectfully with team members, supervisors, and customers
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently while maintaining quality standards
• Participate in training as needed

Qualifications

• Previous landscaping, grounds maintenance, or similar outdoor work experience required
• Commercial landscaping experience preferred
• Ability to safely operate landscaping tools and equipment
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to perform physical labor, including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, lifting, and carrying
