• Perform concrete forming, masonry, hardscape installation, and other construction-related activities
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications
• Collaborate with team members to complete remodeling or renovation tasks efficiently while maintaining quality standards

Skills

• Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematic interpretation, and construction estimating techniques
• Experience operating heavy equipment and power tools safely on construction sites
• Ability to perform concrete finishing, masonry work, and fabrication tasks with accuracy
• Strong understanding of construction site safety protocols and inspection procedures
• Hands-on experience with restoration work such as plastering or stucco application is a plus
