Job Summary

The Landscaper will be responsible for performing a variety of landscape maintenance and installation tasks. This role requires someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and can work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Perform routine lawn care: mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing

* Plant trees, shrubs, flowers, and perennials as per landscape designs * Mulching, weeding, and bed maintenance * Install and maintain hardscape features such as edging and small pathways * * Operate equipment such as mowers, string trimmers, blowers, and hand tools

Knowledge of Snow Plowing * Assist with seasonal tasks, including spring/fall cleanups, snow removal (if applicable), and leaf cleanup * Maintain a clean and organized job site * Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times * Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally *

Qualifications

2+ years of landscaping or groundskeeping experience preferred
