Landscape Crew Member Wanted – Year-Round Work | Growing Company

We’re a growing landscaping company looking for a motivated, hardworking individual to join our team.

This is year-round employment with opportunities to grow as our company continues to expand. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a great attitude, and enjoys working outdoors.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing
• Mulch installation and bed maintenance
• Shrub and hedge trimming
• Spring and fall cleanups
• Landscape installations
• Operating commercial landscaping equipment
• Assisting with landscape construction projects

* Snow Removal

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Has a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Is dependable and shows up ready to work
• Can work independently and as part of a team
• Pays attention to detail
• Is physically capable of working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Wants a long-term career, not just a job

Experience Preferred

• Professional landscaping experience
• Experience operating commercial mowers and landscaping equipment
• Hardscaping experience (pavers, retaining walls, drainage, etc.) is a huge plus
• Handyman or construction experience is a plus
• Equipment or small engine experience is a bonus

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license (required – non-negotiable)
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• Ability to work safely and efficiently

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience pulling a trailer
• A willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities

We’re looking to begin Zoom interviews as early as Monday or Tuesday and are ready to hire the right person quickly.
