Landscaper

JC Property Innovations We are seeking a skilled and motivated Landscape Technician to join our team. As a Landscape Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces for residential and commercial clients. Responsibilities: - Perform various lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, and fertilizing - Use power tools and hand tools to trim trees, shrubs, and hedges - Plant flowers, trees, and other vegetation to enhance the landscape - Install and maintain irrigation systems - Assist with the construction of hardscape features such as patios and walkways - Clear snow from walkways and driveways , parking lots during winter months - Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas - Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their satisfaction

Qualifications: - Previous experience in landscape maintenance is preferred but not required - Knowledge of lawn care techniques and equipment operation - Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in landscaping - Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions - Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
