Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscaper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in landscaping, with a strong understanding of both softscaping and hardscaping techniques. This role involves a variety of tasks, including lawn care, plant installation, hardscape construction (such as patios and walkways), and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards. The Landscaper will play a key role in maintaining beautiful and functional outdoor spaces for our clients.

Duties

• Perform landscaping tasks such as planting, pruning, and lawn care to enhance outdoor aesthetics.
• Design, build, and install hardscapes, including patios, retaining walls, walkways, and other stonework.
• Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively to complete assigned tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and equipment are properly cared for.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and client expectations.
• Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees and clients.
• Assist in general labor tasks, including lifting, moving materials, and setting up job sites.
• Participate in training sessions to improve landscaping and hardscaping skills.

Experience

• At least 1 year of experience in landscaping and hardscaping.
• Experience with installation and maintenance of hardscapes such as patios, walls, and walkways.
• Ability to operate landscaping tools, such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and power washers.
• Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills, especially related to outdoor equipment.
• Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently.
• A good eye for design and attention to detail.
