Landscape Technician

We are seeking motivated, reliable, and energetic Landscape Crew Members for immediate start. In this role, you will work alongside a dedicated team to maintain and elevate residential and commercial properties. No extensive experience is required but is preferred —we are willing to train the right individuals who possess a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine property maintenance including lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and weeding.

Assist with seasonal landscaping projects, including planting, mulching, pruning, and property cleanups.

Safely operate and maintain standard landscaping equipment (mowers, string trimmers, leaf blowers, etc.).

Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Maintain a professional demeanor while representing the company on client properties.

Qualifications & Skills

Reliability: Strong attendance record and punctuality are absolute musts.

Energy & Attitude: A positive, team-oriented mindset with a strong willingness to learn.

Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

Transportation: Reliable means of transportation to get to work on time daily.
