Landscaper/Laborer

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a commitment to maintaining beautiful landscapes. Duties

• Perform mowing of lawns to maintain an even and healthy appearance.
• Assist with hardscape projects, including the installation of patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
• Dig and prepare soil for planting or landscaping projects.
• Utilize power tools and hand tools safely and effectively for various landscaping tasks.
• Maintain equipment by conducting regular checks and performing minor repairs as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to quality standards.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment at all times.

Skills

• Proficiency in mowing techniques and equipment operation.
• Knowledge of hardscape installation processes.
• Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices, including planting and garden care.
• Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues.
• Ability to operate power tools safely, including trimmers, blowers, and saws.
• Competence in using hand tools effectively for various landscaping tasks.
• Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor outdoors in varying weather conditions.
