Landscape Laborer

Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Landscape Laborer and be a vital part of creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces! In this energetic role, you will assist with a variety of landscaping projects, including lawn care, landscape maintenance, planting, and hardscape installation. Duties

• Perform lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, and leaf blowing to keep landscapes vibrant and healthy
• Assist with landscape maintenance including planting flowers, shrubs, trees, and installing mulch or soil amendments
• Operate hand tools (shovels, rakes, pruners) and power tools (weed whackers, blowers) safely and efficiently
• Use equipment such as excavators or snow plows during seasonal tasks to support site preparation or snow removal efforts

Experience

• Prior experience in landscaping, gardening, or outdoor maintenance is preferred but not required—training will be provided!
• Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with power tools and hand tools is a plus
• Knowledge of horticulture principles related to plant health and landscape aesthetics is beneficial
• Ability to operate small machinery like excavators or snow plows is advantageous but not mandatory
• Strong work ethic with the ability to follow safety protocols and work effectively in outdoor environments

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
