Landscape Technician

St. Francis Village is a retirement community offering affordable independent retirement living for active seniors 62 and older, located just outside of Fort Worth at 4070 St. Francis Village Road Crowley, TX 76036.

St. Francis Village is looking for fulltime Landscape team member to work at the Village that covers multiple acres with 400+ residential units, offices, and community buildings.

Hours

Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Position Responsibilities

• Mowing with commercial grade zero turn.
• Weed eating, edging, blowing, and leaf cleanup.
• Seasonal pruning of shrubs and trees.
• Removal of plants and shrubs as needed.
• Install flower bed edging.
• Removal or installation of pavers.
• Additional landscape duties as requested.
• Irrigation knowledge is a plus.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Degree or Equivalent
• A valid driver license required.
• Minimum 5 years’ lawn care or landscape experience.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Able to lift 50 lbs., bend, lift, and stand for extended periods of time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
