Landscape Technician

Homepoint Property Group is a fast-growing exterior property maintenance company serving commercial and residential clients throughout the Wiregrass area. We specialize in professional landscape maintenance, property cleanups, landscaping, pressure washing, and exterior property services. Responsibilities

• Operate commercial zero-turn mowers, string trimmers, edgers, backpack blowers, hedge trimmers, and other landscaping equipment.
• Perform mowing, edging, weed eating, trimming, pruning, mulching, and general landscape maintenance.
• Maintain apartment communities, commercial properties, and residential properties to Homepoint quality standards.
• Assist with landscape installations, property cleanups, vegetation removal, and seasonal projects.
• Help load, unload, clean, and maintain company equipment and trailers.
• Follow safety procedures while working around people, vehicles, and buildings.
• Work efficiently as part of a team while maintaining attention to detail.
• Represent Homepoint Property Group professionally with every customer.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly.
• Comfortable working outdoors in heat, cold, rain, and varying weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Experience in landscaping is preferred but not required. We will train the right person.
