Our owners and executive team bring over 30 years of Las Vegas landscape experience, and we have long‑standing relationships with prominent general contractors, HOAs, community associations, and commercial property managers.

We’ve now expanded into high‑end custom residential work, bringing the same level of professionalism, systems, and execution that made our commercial business successful.

The Opportunity

This role is built for a proven closer who understands high‑end clients and complex outdoor projects. You will:

• Sell custom residential landscape and complete outdoor living environments, including pools/spas (if applicable), hardscape, outdoor kitchens, shade structures, lighting, and planting packages.
• Work directly with homeowners, custom home builders, architects, and interior designers to develop and close design‑build projects.
• Conduct on‑site consultations, develop concepts with our design and operations team, and present professional, detailed proposals.
• Manage the sales process from initial lead and concept through signed contract and smooth hand‑off to production.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline through referrals, networking in the custom home market, and leveraging XL’s existing relationships.
