Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Landscape Production Assistant to support the successful planning, scheduling, coordination, and execution of landscape construction, maintenance, and enhancement projects. This role works closely with the Production Team, Project Managers, Sales Team, Administrative Team, vendors, subcontractors, and field staff to ensure projects are properly prepared, staffed, supplied, and completed efficiently, professionally, and according to company standards.

This position is ideal for someone who wants to build a long-term career in the landscape industry and gain exposure to all aspects of the business, including maintenance, enhancements, construction, estimating, sales, production, administration, and customer service. We are looking for someone eager to learn, grow professionally, and become a valuable long-term member of our team.
