We are seeking a motivated and experienced Landscape Maintenance and Enhancement Project Manager to oversee and manage landscape projects from conception to completion.

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled, motivated, and hardworking landscape/hardscape foreman to lead a crew in completing high-quality outdoor living projects. You will oversee and manage a wide variety of landscaping projects, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality. As a foreman, you will lead and work with a team of landscape technicians, coordinating daily activities, managing resources, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Supervision: Lead and supervise a landscape crew, assigning tasks and ensuring proper execution of all duties.
• Project Management: Oversee and coordinate projects from start to completion. Understand workflow and job progression to utilize personnel and equipment to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Quality Control: Inspect all work performed to ensure that it meets specifications and the clients’ expectations.
• Safety and Compliance: Enforce safety regulations on site by making sure that all team members are wearing proper PPE and adhering to safety protocols. Maintain a workmanlike jobsite to minimize accidents.
• Training and Development: Mentor and train less experienced employees by providing guidance on proper horticultural practices, landscape construction techniques, and equipment and tool usage.
