Landscape Operations Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Landscape Operations Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of landscape maintenance and landscaping projects. Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage landscape maintenance crews, ensuring efficient execution of daily tasks such as lawn care, gardening, pruning, planting, and plant identification.
• Oversee construction projects from planning through completion, coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Lead team management efforts by providing clear direction, training, and mentorship to crew members to promote safety and high-quality workmanship.
• Manage irrigation systems including installation, repair, and ongoing maintenance to ensure optimal water efficiency and plant health.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor landscape conditions, identify issues such as pest infestations or disease, and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Coordinate with vendors for supplies related to horticulture, landscaping materials, equipment maintenance, and irrigation components.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations while maintaining operational efficiency across all projects.
