We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Landscape Maintenance Laborer to deliver exceptional service to our commercial and residential clients. This role involves a variety of tasks related to landscape installation and property maintenance, ensuring our clients' outdoor spaces are beautifully maintained. The standard work schedule is Monday to Friday, 7:00am-4:30pm, with potential for Saturday work if weather disrupts the regular schedule. Responsibilities Operate large equipment such as skidsteer, backhoe, ZTR mower, walk behind mower, and push mower. Utilize small hand-held power tools including pruner, trimmer, push blower, backpack blower, portable sprayer, gas powered pruner, chainsaw, and power rake. Perform general landscaping tasks such as raking, weeding, mowing, trimming, pruning, shoveling, sweeping, and blowing. Install plants, lawns, and mulch to enhance landscape aesthetics. Conduct snow removal during the winter season to ensure safety and accessibility. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of experience in landscaping, property maintenance, pool service, or construction. Ability to lift 50lbs. - 75lbs. without limitation. Capability to work in various outdoor weather conditions including sun, heat, rain, snow, and extreme cold. Knowledge of pesticides is a plus. The pay range for this position is $18-22 per hour, with opportunities for overtime.
