Responsibilities

• Lead or assist with landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, planting, pruning, and fertilizing to ensure healthy and attractive landscapes
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment such as excavators and irrigation systems safely and efficiently
• Perform lawn care duties like aeration, overseeding, and weed control to promote lush turf growth
• Maintain hardscape features including patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures with precision and care
• Conduct tree care activities such as trimming, pruning, and planting to support healthy growth and safety standards
• Support snow plowing operations during winter months to keep properties accessible and safe
• Assist with gardening projects by planting new greenery, mulching beds, and maintaining flower displays

Qualifications

• Prior experience or knowledge in landscaping, lawn care, or horticulture is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is valued
• Mechanical knowledge of equipment operation and maintenance is a plus
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, irrigation systems, and landscaping machinery such as excavators is advantageous
