Landscape Maintenance and Construction Crew Member

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Crew Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various landscape maintenance and construction projects. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and grow within the landscaping industry. Looking for somebody full time through the end of the year.

Duties

• Landscape maintenance 2-3 days a week and landscape installation the rest of the week.
• Mowing and trimming with a string trimmer (Walker mower experience preferred but not required).
• Assist in installing flowers, shrubs, trees, and lawns.
• Prepare areas for softscapes and hardscapes.
• Install hardscaping features including decorative rock and bark, patios and walkways.
• Sprinkler system installation
• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience in landscaping maintenance is preferred.
• Drivers license to get to and from work.
• Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks throughout the day.
• Willingness to learn new skills related to landscape restoration and maintenance.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
