Responsibilities

• Assist with landscape installation, including planting, mulching, and hardscape setup
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely for tasks such as trimming, mowing, and excavation
• Perform lawn care duties like mowing, edging, aerating, and fertilizing to maintain healthy turf
• Support tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and planting with proper techniques
• Maintain irrigation systems by inspecting, repairing, and installing components as needed
• Conduct landscape maintenance routines such as weed control, debris removal, and seasonal snow plowing
• Help with general site cleanup and ensure work areas are safe, organized, and compliant with safety standards

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools and power tools
• Experience in lawn care, gardening, or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required—training will be provided
• Ability to operate equipment such as excavators or other construction machinery is a plus
• Knowledge of horticulture principles and plant care practices is advantageous
• Strong work ethic with the ability to follow instructions carefully and work efficiently in outdoor environments
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor including lifting, bending, digging, and standing for extended periods
