• Perform lawn care activities including fertilizing, aerating, and weed control to promote lush growth
• Support tree care efforts such as trimming, pruning, and planting to ensure safety and aesthetic appeal
• Help install hardscape features like patios, walkways, retaining walls, and garden beds with precision and care
• Maintain irrigation systems by inspecting for leaks or malfunctions and making necessary adjustments or repairs
• Conduct general site cleanup, debris removal, and snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe and tidy outdoor environments

Qualifications

• Prior experience or interest in landscaping, gardening, or construction is preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and small machinery such as excavators are advantageous
