Landscape Laborer

Position Summary

We are seeking dedicated and motivated Landscaping Laborers with 3–5 years of experience to join our growing team. This position involves hands-on landscape and hardscape installation, site preparation, and maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, physically fit, and takes pride in quality craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation of landscaping elements, including plant beds, trees, shrubs, sod, turf, rocks, and pavers.
• Participate in hardscape projects such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and decorative stonework.
• Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, pruning, weeding, fertilizing, and irrigation system upkeep.
• Dig, grade, and prepare land for planting and hardscape installations.
• Operate landscaping equipment such as skid steers, mini-excavators, and hand/power tools.
• Mix and apply mulch, topsoil, fertilizers, and other materials as needed.
• Load and unload landscaping materials and equipment.
• Maintain tools and equipment, and ensure work sites are kept clean and safe.
• Follow safety protocols and company standards.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of landscaping experience (required)
• Valid driver’s license (preferred)
• Bilingual (preferred)
• Ability to read and interpret landscape diagrams and project plans
• Ability to perform physical labor (lifting, bending, outdoor work in various weather conditions)
