Landscape Laborer

Grass Guys of Middle TN is looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join our lawn care team. This is a part-time position with flexible hours, primarily focused on weekly and bi-weekly lawn maintenance routes, with occasional one-time landscaping jobs such as mulching and yard clean-ups.

Responsibilities

• Mow, edge, and trim residential and commercial lawns
• Blow off driveways, sidewalks, and patios after service
• Complete weekly and bi-weekly lawn maintenance routes
• Assist with landscaping projects such as mulching, leaf removal, and clean-ups
• Safely operate lawn care equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers)
• Maintain a professional attitude and quality work on every job

Requirements

• Reliable transportation to job sites or meeting locations
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
• Lawn care or landscaping experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Must be able to work in the Franklin area, with a biweekly trip to Lewisburg for commercial property.
• Experience driving a trailer

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
